Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill:

Page 2, line 5, following "acts":                                                                   
 Insert "; or                                                                                       
           (D) that provides or advertises access to or                                             
         intentionally facilitates the availability of sexual acts with                             
         persons under 18 of age that would be a crime if occurring in                              
         this state"                                                                                
                                                                                                    
Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.

 Insert "years"                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
Representative Weyhrauch moved and asked unanimous consent that                                     
Amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no                                            
objection, it was so ordered.                                                                       
                                                                                                    
Representative Stoltze withdrew the objection.  There being no further

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
CSHB 101(JUD) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third                                         
reading, and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was
